- makdelart29 januari 2026Ustinov is incomparably better than the caricatured Finney. Very well acted, with an outstanding cast and a flawlessly executed plot. It has aged a little, but it still holds up well, and watching it again provided nostalgic pleasure.
- Thom Timerson, Trancer Hunter25 januari 2026I've never read any Agatha Christie so I don't know how closely the films follow the books, but I know that Bette Davis, Maggie Smith, and Angela Lansbury are just a delight to watch in this! Peter Ustinov also does a great Poirot. I've seen the modern film of this as well and I think I enjoyed this one more. (Although Branagh's Poirot is fun too)
