- ChrisDecember 29, 2024This one surprised me. I really like Stephen Rea, and he was great in this film. This is a disturbing look at the Russian police force's inability to handle a serial killer. Since seeing this, I have done a lot of research on the killer in this movie, and this seems to be very factual. There is also another movie that is very well done on the same subject. Evilenko stars Malcolm McDowell and takes it from the killer's angle. Both of these films are worth watching.
