Directed by Osman F. SedenThe film tells the story of an engaged couple living in a slum neighborhood and their experiences during the marriage process. Gül and Orhan barely support their family by working hard labor. Their marriage is postponed due to the high cost of living. Orhan works with all his might to build his own slum. On the other hand, Zeyyat, the son of the boss of the factory where Gül works, likes Gül. Gül is torn between the comfortable life of wealth and the man she is in love with. However, Gül's choice changes the course of life for both of them.
