The journalist of the regional newspaper "Raduga" Mikhail Makarov, a fearless author of accusatory fieletons, a principled fighter against slovenliness and mismanagement, sharply criticizes the editor-in-chief, who does not let his scandalous articles go to press or cut off his scandalous articles due to lack of facts.
