Christmas Eve Ratings & Reviews
Charles London
March 13, 2025
Worst holiday picture I have ever seen. Randolph Scott is laughably bad and Ann Harding is miscast, playing a much older woman appearing to do a strange Walter Brennan impression. And then there is George Raft, who belongs in a gangster film, not a feel-good Cristmas movie. You, however, deserve to feel good on Christmas, so stay away from this movie.

The feel-good story tries too hard to be a cheery Christmas story, but its dry mixture of lame comedy and limp drama comes off as ridiculous melodrama.
