CHIPS is an abbreviation for great ways to participate in overcoming social problems. They have offices, dormitories, and wear uniforms like the California Highway Patrols whose series is famous on television. But this CHIPS has no connection with the police and is just a parody of the CHIPS uniform costume. The parable is Darto, a CHIPS member who was forced to be hospitalized because he was chasing the beautiful Suzy. Event after incident continues to be continued, such as the discovery of a sack that is thought to contain a corpse to the arrest of the criminal at the end of the film.
