The action sequences are energetic and well executed, even if they sometimes rely on familiar superhero beats. The performances are good overall, helping the characters feel engaging and approachable. The film balances humor and action fairly well, keeping the tone light without losing the emotional core of the story. If there is a weakness, it's that the plot follows a fairly predictable structure and doesn't push its themes as far as it could have. Still, the movie remains an enjoyable and competent addition to the MCU, successfully introducing an important new hero.
