Burning Ratings & Reviews
- ayayronApril 6, 2025Slow burn to the unexpected.... if your jaw really could hit the floor, I'd require medical attention
- RyezooFebruary 14, 2025I went in knowing nothing, other than it turns into a thriller. Well kinda does.... I’m not that disappointed with the movie, but after seeing review after review I kinda had big expectations. I thought the actors all did fantastic jobs, with Steven Yeung being the standout. I thought the cinematography and lighting was beautiful. The use of score and lack of made things unsettling. It’s a movie that leaves a lot of the action left offscreen. I am fine with the slow burn and liked these characters. The mystery was very interesting, but the ending left me wanting a little more. I haven’t stopped thinking about it though and that’s caused me to raise my rating up a half star. Now on rewatch I definitely could rate this even higher. This is just how I felt on first watch.
