Burlesque

- Mister ArnMay 24, 2025"Burlesque" is a musical that didn't have the songs to carry the film. No song stuck with me or made me feel I'd like to hear it again. It was talented people performing uninspiring music wrapped around a predictable love story.

- Scott SmithJuly 26, 2025I'll admit this movie is a guilty pleasure for me. Very Hollywood and overly polished. But I'm in for all of it. I watch it every couple years. Cher, Christina Aguilera, Julianne Hough and Kristen Bell are all at their gorgeous best in this one. I also like Alan Cumming and Stanley Tucci in this. I enjoy the soundtrack, too...good bawdy burlesque tunes. Always a fun watch.
