In the cusp of revitalized Americana, lies a small town with two high schools divided on which gun policy to adopt for the school district. Northbay High - arming teachers. The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is with a good guy with a gun. Southgate High - they employ rigorous mental health checks, tests, ankle bracelets, and a PIN locking device for triggers. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. After much review, the school board must pick one gun policy for both schools.
