After a strange phonecall the Bigco-duo (Lonky Tonk Man and Vinc) find Prof. Drs. Mekkingbach dead in his house. The next day the police asks Bigco to investigate a new lethal drug. Meanwhile, the body of Mekkingbach has disappeared. In the following events Bigco finds out in what way the drug is related to the mysterious Mekkingbach.
