Gambling, luck and romance all come together in this hilarious comedy starring superstar Jordan Chan (INITIAL D) and Yuen Wah (KUNG FU HUSTLE)! Down-on-his-luck gambler Flying Dragon pairs up with his unbelievably lucky cousin, Roy, in order to halt his losing streak.
