- MeghannB31 de enero de 2025"We could not talk or talk forever…and still find things to not talk about.” Jennifer Coolidge isn't even the best part of this fantastic movie...although she is amazing in it. This Christopher Guest-directed mockumentary nails the passion we hold for our furry friends, and the stereotypes attached to both dog breeds and the people that care for them. Casting is so key (Catherine O' Hara! Eugene Levy! Parker Posey! John Michael Higgins!) It's highly quotable, a guaranteed good time for fans that appreciate witty dialogue. And for lovers of physical comedy, there's plenty of that too!
- ak1 de diciembre de 2025decided to watch this with the family after the most recent post-thanksgiving dog show of '25. was not disappointed. the humor still holds up today and the caricatures of the various dog owner archetypes definitely made me lol, rofl even.
- Ray Hopkin10 de febrero de 2026This is such a perfect movie, and one of my favourites. The cast, story, everything, comes together so brilliantly. The characters are so well developed and the dialogue is so quotable. It's like a warm cup of hot chocolate coming back for a rewatch of this movie. I love all of Guests mockumentaries, but this is my favourite.

It starts with each of their quirky, weird lives, leading up to their opportunity for stardom. Quite the stacked cast of comedy greats (Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Jane Lynch), and so many more that'll have you saying "Oh! That guy/gal!". A fantastic, mostly improv'd showcase of some great actors.
