- Charles LondonFebruary 21, 2025I love the period detail that was applied to this dramatization of the classic short story, although the plot itself is really just kind of so-so. A hunch tells me it would have been better to read the book, but I'm still glad I saw this time-forgotten film. If you are a fan of the works of F. Scott Fitzgerald or 1920's nostalgia, this offering is definitely worth 45 minutes of your time. Or, if you put off your assigned reading and book report until the last minute, here is your chance to cheat. 😉😁
