Being Human Ratings & Reviews
- DonkeyFlix4d agoAn ambitious, soulful film that follows one man’s spirit through five different lives across history. You can feel the brilliance of writer-director Bill Forsyth fighting against the studio’s meddling with the narration, which turns thoughtful moments into Hallmark platitudes. Still, Robin Williams gives a moving performance, and even with its flaws, the film lingers in your mind long after it’s over.
- Mister ArnMay 18, 2025"being HUMAN" has an interesting approach in its storytelling, and I'm not sure it worked. However, I didn't hate the film and enjoyed the acting in each of the ages. Each age would be better as a stand-alone short film.
