The Gang

On the eve of the senate elections, the head of the large trust Paul Medvig, the leader of the city mafia, is doing everything to re-elect his man - Senator Henry. However, the unexpected murder of the senator's son confuses Medwig's cards: his employee, formerly a private investigator, Ned Beaumont, returns to the old craft - and undertakes to investigate this case, with clear grounds to consider Henry to be the murderer himself.
