A British-Ukrainian photographer and a Russian art curator have their expectations shattered by miscommunication, the war between their nations, and their own internal conflicts. Yana and Viktor's first date sparks a push-and-pull between opposites. Yana is perceived as dismissive. Viktor is perceived as indifferent. The bond exists, but the conflict between Russia and Ukraine also overshadows their views of the world and their lives. It takes two to tango. They go their separate ways until they meet again to clarify their situation and find a middle ground.
