- Antonio MankiniDecember 18, 2024Classic horror!
- Robot MonsterNovember 16, 2025The high water mark for the late 20th century werewolf movie, and it's almost a comedy.
- pipanniSeptember 10, 2025Amazingly creepy and scary, but also able to make you laugh sometimes, "An American Werewolf in London" is a great movie, with very entertaining sequences, nice jump scares and some memorable special effects. It's incredible how the werewolf transformation scene not only holds up today (2025), but it's still by far the best I've ever seen. "Stick to the road, lads. And beware the moon."
- Richard ThorntonJuly 22, 2025Best werwolf transformation scene to date. The humor still works. Definitely in my top ten favorite horror movies.

- jamesmak0July 14, 2025I grew up watching this movie in the 90s my mom had it on vhs I loved this movie, when I saw it was on here I had to watch it. I haven’t watched it since maybe 2001.

- Jeffrey TennantSeptember 17, 2025The movie that surpassed previous werewolf movies, then killed any future werewolf movies from topping it. The incredible straight comedy to horror blend made a masterpiece, however intentional or unintentional.
- Steve TrezzaNovember 4, 2024Didn't vibe with it. The transformation scene is cool tho!
- darthtoonSeptember 3, 2025A Cult Classic worth seeing...
- stuhannafordAugust 10, 2025Shows its age, but somewhat of a milestone and horror cult classic for the effects alone. The humorous elements are a little more slapstick when they occur, rather than subtle or double entendres. There are parts to enjoy, such as the aforementioned effects. There are parts that are distinctively uncomfortable however, such as the romantic moments, which, to be fair, are probably more horrific than the horror elements themselves. For anyone who is a fan of the classic horror genre, happy days. Anyone who isn’t, you’ll struggle.
