The Divergent Series: Allegiant Ratings & Reviews
- munk888March 14, 2026Tris hair growing back. It looks decent.
- ርልዪረAugust 1, 2025Allegiant takes the Divergent series in a direction that just doesn't work, despite having the same strong visuals and solid score as the previous films. The plot feels stretched thin, trying too hard to expand the world while failing to give any real weight to the story. There's an attempt to build tension and introduce new conflicts, but the character depth just isn't there. Tris, who started as a strong lead, feels sidelined by a weak script, and halfway through, I found myself disconnected from her journey. The pacing is all over the place, with rushed moments that should have been developed and long stretches that drag without real purpose.
- Jeremy SchoemakerFebruary 10, 2026Great series and ending didn’t disappoint
- planetvortexDecember 19, 2025I truely enjoy this series of movies.
- HakihikoApril 29, 2025Passable Yet Struggling to Hold On "Allegiant" tries to push the Divergent saga into bigger, more sci-fi-heavy territory-but in doing so, it loses much of what made the earlier entries engaging. The visuals are certainly more ambitious, with new tech, strange landscapes, and high-concept ideas, but the execution doesn't quite match the scale it's aiming for. The cast does its best with a script that feels stretched thin and often drifts into exposition overload. Character development takes a backseat to convoluted plot mechanics, and the emotional stakes that once held the story together start to feel hollow. It's not that "Allegiant" is terrible-it's just... fine. Passable. A serviceable watch if you've come this far with the series, but hardly the payoff one might hope for. It has its entertaining moments and still carries some visual flair, but ultimately feels like a franchise running out of steam before reaching the finish line.
