Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem Ratings & Reviews
- Mister ArnDecember 17, 2025Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem has neither mystery nor rules that matter; there's no emotional core or relationships you care about, so no sacrifices that land. It's strictly Aliens vs. Predator vs. humans, with action but without depth.
- mickerdooMarch 26, 2026Devoid of star power and a worthwhile story. Predalien was clunky and poorly lit. Even the first AVP had more redeeming qualities.
- danieloconnor340August 13, 2025Shit was lit like a classic 2000s horror!
- Karin e BorisMarch 19, 2026Really low quality acting and plot. I think this is the lowest point of both franchises.
- Tyler CampbellDecember 13, 2025A strange mix of police procedural, high school drama, and creature feature with an enormous amount of aliens. Like way too many aliens. They tried to do way too much with this one and it all fell flat, even for a dumb action movie. Nothing had time to matter.
- Paul WalshFebruary 13, 2026I'd review the movie if I could tell what was actually happening on the screen. The film is dark...and not as an Alien movie should be. Literally dark. Impossible to see certain scenes.
- VandytNovember 19, 2025Damn, this is just unwatchable
- Bryce G.November 11, 2025Is it Alieator or Predalien?
- hairydemonJanuary 24, 2026One of the best openings of the whole A or P franchise.
- DisentSeptember 27, 2025it was too dark, like a waste of detail dark and not shot on HDR...release a decently lite version you clowns.
- CallumDecember 21, 2025⭐⭐½ – Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem — Noise Without Stakes Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem is a film that exists almost entirely on spectacle, and even that feels strangely hollow. It strips away mystery, atmosphere, and — most importantly — rules that matter. What’s left is a collision of monsters and humans with very little reason to care who survives. There’s no real emotional core here. The human characters are thinly sketched at best, which means there are no relationships you invest in and no sacrifices that land with any weight. When people die, it registers as movement on screen rather than loss. The film never pauses long enough to let tension build or consequences settle. Instead, it’s strictly Aliens vs. Predator vs. humans. Action replaces suspense, and chaos replaces structure. Without clear stakes or meaningful storytelling, the violence becomes repetitive rather than thrilling. Even the iconic creatures feel diminished, reduced to pieces on a board rather than forces of terror. As a crossover, it fails to respect what made either franchise compelling in the first place. There’s no creeping dread from Alien, no honour-bound mythology from Predator — just constant motion in the dark. Watchable enough if you’re a completionist or curious about the matchup, but ultimately shallow. A missed opportunity rather than a disaster. 🥤 Pairing: A flat energy drink — technically does the job, but leaves you wondering why you bothered.
- naren shenoyNovember 20, 2025Enjoy this movie for what it is. Suspension of disbelief doesn’t apply just to the fact that you’re watching space traveling species traveling from all over the galaxy to come terrorize hapless humans. You have to accept that the plot will be superficial and there will be little to no character development. That is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes we want to veg out on the couch and watch mindless action. Check and check. This is entertaining, it finds new wrinkles to add into both the predator and alien mythos. I remember watching this close to release, but remembered little else. It is better than I remembered. One complaint, the lighting is very dark with the scenes with the Predator and the Xenomorphs, I don’t know if that was poor editing or trying to conceal flaws in the creature designs. But don’t take this movie too seriously and if you are a fan of creature features or either of these franchises, give it a whirl. And Kristen Hager at the pool… always a treat.
- hadar70October 18, 2025Waist of my time.
- Zandér EnstromOctober 11, 2025If someone would do a cut of this movie without any people in it, just aliens and predator scenes it would be a decent watch.
- ርልዪረAugust 7, 2025This was a really good underated movie. A lot of people seem to say the story was very confusing or didn't have any sort of sense. I do got to say for someone who hasn't seen the first one, is missing out on a lot of detail and lore of the predators and what makes them make the decisions that they make from getting rid of all of evidence that the aliens existed to killing innocent people. I will not spoil for anyone who hasn't watched this yet but for anyone who wants more sense of what is going on in the movie to watch at least the first Alien and Predator movies. Then I recommend watching the first Alien vs Predator movie before watching this one. This will help give background on each of the species on things like where did the aliens originate from and why are the predators the way that they are: making the moves and choices that they make. This movie is very action-packed, gorey and brutal. I do not recommend this movie for the lightest of hearts as some scenes may be too gorey, brutal, or depressing. But for those who can take those moments of a horror sci-fi film and not it be "too much" for them: this is a really good movie for those who like nightmare-like horrors to ruthless gore and tragedies.
