It demonstrates American's inability to be silent when their is a potential threat and making noise in such a situation would most likely result in their being killed in the real world. Spoiler alert, who shoots their wife in the head and doesn't tell her he loves her first? Actually she does enough moaning before that happens I can see why he pulled the trigger without saying it.....
