"A Tribute to Dr. Shock" was a television special to honour Joe Zawislak and his horror host character "Dr. Shock". As "Dr. Shock", Zawislak hosted "Creature Features" (changing its name to "Screm-In in April 1970), then "Mad Theater" and "Horror Theater" (a double feature pair of shows) from 1972 until 1979 on WPHL-TV, Channel 17 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
