- Tim_Lake2026年5月26日It's an interesting concept and the young cast are great but the wild leaps of logic are hard to overlook. So many decisions the characters make stretch your suspension of disbelief beyond breaking point. The times they randomly go back to school and the reasons given to justify it are baffling. Imagine watching your dad literally eat you mum's face then get shot in the head and you still go and sit your A-Levels the next day! Pretty sure that would qualify as special dispensation! The pace is also very inconsistent with the home life and romance drama randomly slamming the brakes on the whole show right after a huge build up of action in the main plot. The cast playing the elderly characters are fantastic and it really is an interesting twist on the zombie formula to have them lucid, aware of what they are doing, and wrestling with the morality of it. Unfortunately that uniqueness isn't enough to overcome the flaws. An interesting show but I can see why it didn't get another series.
