- Zokkiie2026年3月22日Gone back to this a few times and it still hits every time. As someone who loves the comic, it just feels like it gets it—no watering things down, just fully committing to the tone. Everything looks amazing, super stylized but still grounded enough to work, and the performances really carry the weight of it. The soundtrack and overall atmosphere just pull you in even more. It’s dark, a bit brutal, and doesn’t really try to be easy or crowd-pleasing, which honestly makes it better. One of those movies I’ll keep rewatching without getting tired of it.

So.... besides literally everything in the film (& I mean that. I literally cried in the cinema when that Dylan song plays at the beginning)... enjoy Rorschach in prison. One of the greatest quotes in history.
- TheDesertLad2025年6月19日Given this film was made by Zack Snyder, I came into this film with low expectations. My previous viewings included the DC films (none I liked) and 300 (a movie I did like), so to be suggested that Zack Snyder made a good movie over superheroes not being symbols of good and justice *before* the MCU really took off? Got to me kidding me. However, the man pulled it off. I watched this with a good friend of mine who pointed out the differences the movie did vs the comic and to AGREE with Zack's changes was a delight. I was hooked and despite sitting through the THREE AND A HALF hour Ultimate Cut I was pretty engaged throughout. No need for sequals, remakes, reboots on this one. This might be the most definitive edition of this story you can do. Not to mention the CGI aged way more gracefully which didn't take me out of the movie too much. To anyone a fan of the superhero genre I say this is a MUST WATCH. Time to give Sucker Punch and Dawn of the Dead a watch!
- MikefIix2025年3月17日The absolutely worst move I ever watched by far. I managed to stay till the end in the cinema, because I thought my girlfriend enjoyed it. By the end she said she only stayed in because she thought I enjoyed it. It was terrible, boring, uninspired and dragging, pretending to be deep, yet uninteresting. The fans of the comic book will fight you for that opinion. Save yourself time. It's boring from the beginning and it's not getting any better.
