- PhysicalMedia4Life2026年7月29日What I love about The Edge is, that it has a blend of 3 different genres in it; action/thriller/adventure all in one movie. It also has a storyline brewing underneath the main plot of the film. The Edge has a lot of meat on the bone. The picturesque setting of the remote wilderness, also adds to the movies whole feeling of isolation & vulnerability. And the performance from Bart the bear, is one of if not the best performance from an animal that I've ever seen onscreen in a movie. He's scary and that gib he does, always makes me laugh at the same time, I'm not going to lie. Bart your a legend!! He starred in a number of movies throughout his life and this one is my absolute favourite of Barts filmography. Also the movie is shot & paced wonderfully. Anthony Hopkins & Alec Baldwin work brilliantly together, they have great back & forths throughout the entire time there onscreen together. The climax is thrilling, The Edge has it all, its just an absolute gripping thrill ride of a film. It really has that cutting edge about it. My Ratings/Scores for The Edge are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & a 10/10 love it.

- DigitalDisappointment2025年4月16日Anthony Hopkins should have been knighted so much sooner. Alec Baldwin was amazing in this and Elle MacPherson was her usual fascinating, playful self. But it's Anthony Hopkins that makes this movie so damned good almost thirty years and countless viewings later.
