Sarah Connor would be the first to point out the warning signs, but everyone else is too busy chasing power to notice. The T-800 would be reading the map, and the T-1000 would be the only one who could survive the chaos. The movie feels like a real-world version of Terminator 2, except instead of a robot apocalypse, it’s a moral apocalypse. The shootout happens not because of a malfunction, but because the people in charge ignored every red flag, every expert, and every rule in the book. Hasta la vista, baby — because if Dyson, the T-800, the T-1000, Sarah Connor, and the mobsters of Running Scared all argued over who gets the last bullet, John Connor would be the only one left to actually survive the shootout. And honestly, at this point, I’d just let the T-1000 have it. That motherf***er can regenerate, man—let him reload his bullets.
