監督:Gore Verbinski人間にペットとして飼われているが、TV番組のヒーローに憧れるカメレオン。車で飼い主と移動中に事故に遭い、入っていた水槽ごと砂漠に放り出されてしまう。初めて広い世界に出たカメレオンは途方に暮れるが、寂れた荒野の町“ダートタウン”にさまよい着く。酒場で町の住人たちにランゴと名乗ったカメレオンは、でたらめな武勇伝を語った結果、町の保安官に任命されてしまう。その頃、町は深刻な水不足に見舞われていた。

- Varun2024年10月19日Rewatching after 12 years and this movie absolutely slaps! Amazing animation with so much style, unique characters, great music, epic backgrounds, fun action sequences, good humour and a decent plot. I had no idea it won an Oscar until I searched it up recently, definitely well deserved. This is now tempting me to replay Red Dead Redemption 2 lol. I like Westerns because they have the potential to tell endlessly fascinating and entertaining stories that reveal a lot about the human condition.

He's full of exaggeration, yet with a precise sense of tone. He brings the character a mix of lightness, oddity, and charisma that would be hard to capture without his voice.
- Eric2025年5月8日If i had a nickel for every time Gore Verbinski directed a movie with Johnny Depp as the protagonist and Bill Nighy as the antagonist and it ended up being a masterpiece I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but weird it’s happened twice. Also yes I do live with the fact my favorite animated animal movie is produced by nickelodeon.
