監督:Denis Villeneuve1989年12月6日、モントリオール。理工科大学に通い、就職活動中の女子学生ヴァレリーとその友人であるジャン＝フランソワは、いつも通りの一日を送っていた。しかし、そんな日常は突然、恐怖に陥れられる。男子学生の一人がライフル銃を持って構内に入り、女子学生を目がけて次々と発砲し始める。容赦ない銃撃に必死に逃げ惑う学生たち。犯人は14人もの女子学生を殺害し、最後は自殺を図る。重傷を負いながらも生き残ったヴァレリーと、負傷した女子学生を救ったジャン＝フランソワ。心に深い傷を負った2人は、その後も継続する非日常の中でもがき苦しみ、闘い続けるが――。
