- Otacon!4日前Also a stone know this movie. Maybe it hadn't watched it, but heard about it. It's a classic and watched for the (I think) fifth time, It's a pleasure. No jump scare with aggressive audio, no splatter bloody massacres, just a great a great movie with funny parts that smoothly become serious. A great job. Advice, forget about the sequels

We watched "The Dark Knight (2008)" indoors in the Royal Theater and "Jaws (1975)" outdoors on the Verandah Deck with the Long Beach Marina and Skyline in the background. The ONLY way to watch the movie! 😀 I originally watched the movie when I was 10-years-old right when it came out in 1975 at Morehead Plaza Cinema in the harbor town of Morehead City, NC which is the southern endpoint of the Outer Banks ferries. My family and friends took those ferries to the beaches. Needless to say, it took a very long while for me and my buddies to go back to those beaches after watching that movie! 😆 "Jaws (1975)" is Steven Spielberg's second major feature-length theatrical release and a timeless classic as one of the top thrillers of all time! You will not be disappointed,, even watching it again many years after its release! Many times👍!!!

Positives: - The movie is extremely well made, well directed, well shot, well edited, and well paced - The way they utilized the shark in the film and how they brought it to life is mind blowing - The score is both iconic and terrifying - The performances are great - The characters are great - The premise is simple but executed to perfection - The film has a lot of iconic lines that are extremely quotable Overall Jaws is an iconic masterpiece from Steven Spielberg and easily one of the greatest movies ever made.
