I think this was originally meant to be a part of the last season, but it didn't amke sense to put the whole thing in and hav ing watched the final season of The Bear, it's clear where this was meant to fall in place. Really, this is something to remind the viewer of where Richie started out at. And while it makes sense, it's not entirely necessary. I feel like this almost lessens Richie's rise and him finally getting out of his own way. But is this good? It's okay. It makes you really question why it was that Richie even looked at Michael the way he did. Hell, it makes you really question why the entire family ever looked at Michael in anyb way other than aan angry, mean-spirited person. Was it good? Sure. Was it neccessary? Probably not.
- Cubane2026年6月9日The story of this special is so subtle and dull that the closest culinary equivalent is a bowl of lukewarm wallpaper paste. It feels like they gave a film student a weekend, a soundstage, and two actors who happened to be available and told them to have something done by the following week. It's got a neat "found footage" look going on with the editing and color grading. It also feels like the filming was quite rushed, like they only had one take for every scene. Yeah, it features some characters from the series. But is it really a story worth telling? Maybe some diehard fans would say yes. But I would walk my ass right out of this restaurant.
