Bill Withers (Timothy J. Cox) is a man who seems to have it all. A good wife, two swell kids and a high paying job, but today no one close to him seems to remember his birthday. Feeling down and out from this snub, Bill seems convinced that another birthday will pass without mention. But then his loyal secretary Jane, who is the only one to remember his birthday, has a great big surprise in store for him.
