In 1972 MacGillivray-Freeman Films produced a highly successful series of regionalized story-travel-sport films for Chevrolet and United Artists. Their respective titles were Western Dream; Eastern Heritage; Northern Venture and Southern Success. In "Northern Venture", a honeymoon couple chooses to tour the Northern United States rather than Europe. Their itinerary includes the northern Rockies, the Grand Tetons, and the Black Hills.
