The Idiot
Directed by Aleksei KorenevMarie Lantane is suspected of murder. She was found unconscious and naked on the floor of her bedroom, holding in her hand the revolver that had been used to kill her lover, who lay in a pool of blood next to her. Having come to her senses, she stated that she had not committed the murder, but had seen some shadow appearing in the door shoot. The investigator believes the girl, whom everyone calls simply a fool due to her incredible stupidity, and even helps her hire a lawyer to save her from a harsh sentence.The investigator begins to understand that Marie is a kind and noble person.
