“Return of the Bad Men” is a classic Western that plays like a pulp adventure, with Randolph Scott taking on a rogue’s gallery of notorious outlaws. All the while, he’s clueless to the romantic triangle unfolding around him. It’s a stylized take on the Old West, more comic book than history, but it delivers enough action to satisfy genre fans.
