Pretty great backwoods slasher. Some impressive blood effects and bloody disgusting creature design for our hillbilly killers. Loved how they seemed to enjoy the hunt. I was kind of hoping they would have some devious hunting traps setup in the woods that would catch one of two of the group. Carly, maybe? Carly would definitely walk into a human trap. This even had a few jump scares that really got me, which isn’t normally the case. Finale was a little anticlimactic, but I really enjoyed it overall. There was even a post credit scene? Weird, but I’ll take it. I’m intrigued enough to potentially checkout the extended WT universe.
