Hot summer days make me want to binge rewatch classic slashers with a lot of sun/heat. Not much gets uncomfortably sweaty than the OG, every revisit just makes me appreciate it more. Unhinged, grotesque, and depraved- it's no surprise The Texas Chain Saw Massacre was a product of the 70's. The decade in cinema was so raw and unforgiving, I miss movies like this.
