I'm glad there was more dog combat since its some of what i liked the most last time but it was less coordinated, however the amount of fighting went way up. Side characters are interesting and yes it all boils down to some very simple plot points but it's easy to just go with the story.
I'm surprised they are going to get one or two more stories out of this but let's hope it stays this good or better.
