Sinbad must deliver a prince transformed into a monkey to the lands of the Ademaspai to restore him to his human form in time for his coronation. On the way he must contend with the evil witch Zenobia, her son and their magic, and several nasty-looking Ray Harryhausen beasties.

"Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger" struggles with a lackluster storyline and less-than-stellar performances from its cast. The film's saving grace lies in its captivating stop-motion monsters. Aside from that, the special effects primarily rely on less engaging techniques like flashing colors and eye close-ups, which don't quite measure up.
