Started strong. A family of superpowered misfits raised by a mysterious billionaire to stop the apocalypse, what’s not to love?
Seasons 1–3 were wild, inventive and full of heart.
Time travel, sibling drama, killer choreography and needle drops that hit hard.
Klaus was chaos incarnate, Five was a grumpy genius in a kid’s body and Vanya’s arc had real emotional weight.
But Season 4? Oof. Rushed, muddled and emotionally hollow.
It felt like the writers were sprinting to the finish line with no time to breathe.
The magic, the depth, the weirdness, it all got flattened.
Still, the first three seasons are worth it. They made superhero storytelling feel personal, stylish and daring.
