When a documentary crew traveling through the Amazon jungle, picks up a stranded man, they are unaware of the trouble that will occur. This stranger's hobby is to capture the giant Anaconda snake, and plans to continue targeting it on their boat, by any means necessary.

“It’s about this big mama snake!” That’s how I remember ice cube describing this film in one of the promo interviews and it’s stuck in my brain. I think this films great. Fun film with a great main villain. Some dodgy effects but overall good for the time. Crazy to see Owen Wilson and j lo together in a film near the start of their careers and again all these years later in marry me. At the time this was a 5 star film. Compared to todays, it’s a 5 star, must see, classic!
