Mykelti Williamson and Justin Lazard are a pair of astronauts who make the first successful manned mission to Mars. Lazard's character gets infected by an alien and slowly begins to mutate. When they get back to Earth all he has on his mind is to have sex with Henstridge!

This messy sequel cranks up the gore and sex but forgets the story. An astronaut gets infected with alien DNA and starts making killer alien babies—yeah, it’s as dumb as it sounds.
Natasha Henstridge is wasted, and Michael Madsen looks bored. A few fun effects, but overall it’s a trashy, confusing ride that’s more gross than entertaining.
Not the worst movie ever, but pretty close.
