Generic, Boring, Stupid, and Jump Scares
This movie was already done and done way better in Unfriended. The dialogue is scary then the movie itself. "Unfriend that dead bitch" is literally a line in this. For something that's supposed to feel like a modern horror feels so outdated. The characters are fucking unlikeable and almost all of them are terrible actors except for the main actress. The adults- mom- dean - cops- are laughably bad. The "horror" is all jump scares. It comes off as a modern ripoff of the ring. It's predictable and the ending is one of the dumbest I've seen in awhile. Nobody should be this movies friend!
