An evil scientist implants the brain of Michael, a murdered high school student, into an animatronic Tyrannosaurus. He escapes, wreaks vengeance on his high-school tormentors and is reunited with his sweetheart Tammy. Together, the couple tries to elude the mad scientist and the police and find a more appropriate vessel for Michael's brain.

A cinematic masterpiece. Every childhood should be blessed with a viewing. It’s a remarkable test of the ego of man. A tale of love and revenge. It’s catch me if you can meets Love Acrually meets Godzilla (1998). If I could give it 10 stars I would.
