A dysfunctional buddy cop film that delivers a few laughs and some heart. Jack Quaid and Jeffrey Dean Morgan have great chemistry as both play two discarded members of society who still believe that despite their disabilities and hang ups they can still do good for their community. It’s a dark comedy that doesn’t try to do too much or over stay it’s welcome.
