The film "The Billion Dollar Hobo" struggles to establish a coherent identity. Initially, it introduces a narrative about a hobo's journey for an inheritance, only to transition unexpectedly into a dog abduction subplot with a homage to Rin Tin Tin. Unfortunately, the comedic efforts surrounding Conway's oblivious character are unsuccessful, resulting in a challenging viewing experience.
