Well, this movie wasn't very good.
It tried way too hard to be artsy and atmospheric, to the point where it was just silly. Also, I'm a big fan of slower movies, but this movie was just so filled with filler shots, and pretentious stuff that it simply became a bit boring at times.
And of course, the acting was a bit "weird" and the movie made no effort in having rhyme or reason. But I suppose that's supposed to be artsy. I'd avoid this.
