One of my all time favorites. Carrey and Winslet are both outstanding, but the Kaufman script is essentially perfect. So smart. Just love details like that fact that Joel would forget Oh My Darlin’ Clementine, because he would obviously always associate it with her, but it’s a memory she would retain because it’s doesn’t have any specific tie to Joel. Always love a Long Cold Open, too.
