It gets the extra half star for Barry Bostwick's carrying the entire film as FDR. This movie has some laugh-out-loud funny moments, but it has twice as many moments that are uncomfortably offensive, even for uninhibited camp. That sucks a lot of the fun out of an otherwise golden premise.
