Folie à Deux was a chore to get through. It's a special kind of dissapointment to watch a film filled with talent to be bored by the half way point. This movie feels like nobody actually wanted to make it. The first 20 minutes were promising enough, but following that, there is little more to be found here.
You could cut every single musical number out of this film and it would only be improved. Joker: Folie à Deux is a colossal waste of money, talent and time. Style over substance never holds up and here is the proof.
