Saw this at the theater 26APR202. very grateful for gospel movies. this definitely tells the story of Jesus & that He died for our sins. Big miss: didn't share how sin pollutes our soul or that there is nothing we can do to deserve to be in God's presence. That said, the movie did a good job of unflinchingly showing the suffering Jesus endured.
Great stars in this movie. However, the script was lacking. The funny parts were not particularly funny. No one in the theater was laughing at the scenes intended for humor.
Not a terrible movie, but not a great one either.
